Blue suede shoes cupcakes :)

Kiša, kiša, kišaaa...... tmurno popodne kod nas.....sve miriši na neki novi receptić. Kupine su tu, krema je tu - možemo početi ! U zadnje vrijeme sam jako zaposlena sa faksom i poslom pa ne stižem toliko vremena koliko bih željela provesti u kuhinji pa eto jedan brzi receptić al oku vrlo ugodan ;) boja ovih cupcakesa odvela me u neko drugo doba ;) rock n' roll doba Elvisa Preslya i njegovih "Blue Suede Shoes" :)))

Rain, rain, raiiin...... A gloomy day here at my place...so something is telling me it is time for a new recipe! The blackberries are here, the frosting is here we can begin!! Recently i'm very busy with my exams and my work so i'm not able to spend so much time in the kitchen as i would want to. Here is one quick and very pretty recipe witch color took me into the time of old Rock N' Roll and Elvis Presly with his "Blue Suede Shoes" :)))


Sastojci :
Za Muffine : 
2 jaja
3 dcl mlijeka
150 g šećera
1,75 dcl ulja
320 g brašna
1,5 prašak za pecivo
200 g kupina
1 mala žlićica arome vanilije

Ingredients:

For Muffin:

2 eggs 
3 dcl milk 
150 g sugar
 1.75 dcl oil 
320 g flour
 1.5 baking powder
200 g blackberries
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


 Krema:

2 šlag kreme od vanilije 
200 g kupina 
1 žlićica ekstrakta vanilije


Cream: 


2 vanilla cream mixtures
200 g blackberries
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Priprema :

1. Izmiksati jaja i postepeno dodavati šećer, mlijeko i ulje. Suhe sastojke pomiješati i lagano dodavati smjesi. Kad se smjesa sjedini dodati kupine i dobro izmiksati!
2. Zagrijati pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva. Košarice puniti malo više od pola i peći oko 15 minuta. od ove smjese ispadne 24 veća muffina!

3. U međuvremenu izmiksati kremu za šlag sa okusom vanilije svaku u svojoj zdjeli te u jednu staviti 100 g kupina a u drugu dodati 1 malu žlićicu ekstrakta od vanilije da se pojača okus kreme! Staviti na 15 minuta u hladnjak da se malo stisne!

4. Ostaviti muffine da se malo ohlade pa krenuti na ukrašavanje! U vrećicu za ukrašavanje na jednu stranu staviti jednu kremu a na drugu stranu staviti drugu kremu da kad bude izlazila iz vrećice izgleda šareno. Ideju sam ukrala sa bloga Glorious Treats :) pola žuto pola ljubičasto! Na svaku staviti po jednu kupinu i papati :)




Preparation:

1. Blend eggs and slowly add sugar, milk and oil.  Put all dry ingredients  together and slowly add to the milk and sugar mixture.
  When the mixture unites add blackberries and mix it well!

2. Preheat the oven on to 200 degrees and fill the cups almost full, bake for 15 minutes!  From this mixture you get 24 slightly big muffins!


3. In the meantime mix the mixture, each in her own bowl :) in one add 100 g blackberries and mix, and in the other add the vanilla extract! Put the mixtures in the fridge for 15 minutes!

4. Leave the muffins to cool a little bit and then frost them !! Fill the piping bag with two colors, side by side so in this case the yellow and purple one! I stole the idea from the blog Glorious treats ! On the top of the each cupcake put a blackberry and eat them :)

Jaffa muffins with ganache

Ovo su definitivno naaajbolji muffini na svijetu!!!!! Otkad sam ih prvi puta radila oni su na repertoaru svake moje proslave ili rođendana :) ovaj posljednji put kad sam ih radila bilo je za rođendan prijateljičinog tate :) naručila je tortu i muffine pa sam mislila da bi bilo simpa da ih dekoriram isto :) Recept je moje drage cool kuharice Renci11 i može se pronaći na portalu Coolinarika a zanimljiv je po tome da se radi sa jaffa keksima. Tata a i prijateljica bili su oduševljeni količinom čokolade u muffinima i torti tako da se pripremite jer kreće čokoladna BOMBA :)

Since i made these muffins for the first time I am making them on every occasion and every birthday :) the last time I made them they were for my friend's father's birthday :) she orders a cake and muffins so i figured i could match their designs :) the recipe is by my dear friend Renci11 and the interesting thing about them is that you make them with Jaffa cakes. My friend and her dad were amazed by the amount of chocolate in them so beware because here comes a chocolate BOMB :)))


Sastojci :  

260 g brašna 
55 g kakaa 
1,5 žličica praška za pecivo
220 g šećera 
80 g nasjeckane čokolade 
250 g kiselog vrhnja
60 g rastopljenog maslaca
60 ml mlijeka
2 jaja 
20 jaffa keksa 
sok 1 naranče

Ganache i ukrašavanje : 

200 gr čokolade za kuhanje 
60 ml vrhnja za šlag
2 žličice meda
20 jaffa keksa

Ingredients : 

260 g flour 
55 g  cocoa 
1,5 teaspoon of baking powder 
220 g sugar 
80 g chopped chocolate
250 g sour cream
60 g melted butter
60 ml milk
2 eggs
20 jaffa cakes
Juice from one orange

Ganache and decorating : 

200 g chocolate 
60 ml whipped cream 
2 teaspoons honey
20 jaffa cakes


Priprema :

1. Prethodno zagrijati pećnicu na 180 ° C. U kalup za muffinse staviti papirnate kosarice u koje stavite u svaku na dno 1 jaffa keksu  – mani je ispalo 20 komada.

2. U veliku zdjelu prosijati zajedno brasno, kakao i prasak za pecivo. Umiješajte šecer i cokoladu nasjeckanu na sitne kockice.

 3. Umutiti kiselo vrhnje, rastopljeni maslac, mlijeko, sok od naranče i jaja zajedno. Dodajte u suhe sastojke (brasno, kakao, prasak za pecivo, secer i cokoladu ) i mijesajte dok se ne sjedini. Nemojte previše mijesati.

4. Napunite 20 kosarica muffina do negdje tri cetvrtine. Pecite 20 – 25 minuta. Pustite da se ohlade nekih 5 minuta!

5. U medjuvremenu zagrijte vrhnje ( po zelji u njega dodajte 2 zlicice meda ) do vrenja, pa ga prelijte preko isjeckane cokolade za kuhanje, te tako ostavite 5 minuta da se cokolada istopi. Sve promijesajte, te ostavite 1 – 2 sata da se stisne.

6. Ja sam izrezala malu udubinu u svakoga kao kod Mini čokoladnih muffina i napunila kremom te na to stavila po jednu jaffa keksu i ukrasila do kraja :) ali to je sve po želji i vašoj mašti :)

Preparationes : 

1. Preheat the oven onto 180 degrees. In a muffin mold put the little muffin baskets and on the bottom of the each put a Jaffa cake - i got 20 muffins from this mix.

2. In a big bowl put flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add sugar and chopped chocolate and mix well together.

3. Mix the sour cream, melted butter, milk, orange juice and eggs, than add the dry mixture to it and mix together but not too firm! 

4. Fill the baskets and bake for about 20-25 minutes, then let them dry for about 5 minutes!

5. In the meantime heat the whipped cream and add 2 teaspoons of honey until it boils and pour over the chopped chocolate. Let the chocolate melt and stir a little bit then let it cold in the fridge for 1-2 hours!

6. For the decoration I cut a little hole in them just like i did in the Mini chocolate muffins and add the ganache, and at the end I put a jaffa cake on the top and decorate with a little bit of ganache. The decoration is all by your choice and imagination!

Tropy cake

Svaki puta kad radim neku tortu po narudžbi moji doma uzdišu i samo nadgedaju okolo mene dali će nešto možda ostati... U takvom slučaju uvijek nešto sitno izčarobiram samo za njih :) o ovom slučaju pripremala sam tortu Ledeni vjetar čiji recept bude jednom drugom prilikom pa od ostataka nastala ova preeeefina tortica koje naravno više nema...nije preživjela ni 24 sata u hladnjaku :) e i da...opsjednuta pjesmom koja je obilježila ovu tortu :) naći ćete ju negdje pod kraj posta :)

Every time I have a cake on order my folks at home walk around the kitchen and look for some leftovers so this time I actually had leftover so I made this tropical cake for them and i have to say that it didn't survive the next 24 hour in the fridge :) I actually made a cake called Ice wind witch i don't like to eat but i enjoy to make from now on :) and yes, there is a song down there at the end of the post witch marked this cake....i listen to it over and over again.... enjoy :)



Sastojci : 

Biskvit: 

4 jaja
150 g šećera
130 g brašna
50 g margarina

Nadjev:

200 ml vrhnja za šlag
Voće po želji :) u mom slučaju banane, kivi, kupine i breskve :)



Ingredients :

Cake:

4 eggs
150 g sugar
130 g  flour
50 g butter

Filling:

200 ml whipped cream
Fruit :) in my case bananas, kiwi, blackberries and peach :)


Priprema :

1. Odvojiti žutanjak od bjeljanjaka i bjelanke pjenasto izmiksati u čvrsti snijeg.
2. Žutanjke sa šećerom na pari miksati oko 2-5 minuta dok se lagano ne “dignu” i nakon toga nastaviti miksati još par minuta u posudi za miksanje.
3.Lagano dodati brašno i rastopljeni margarin i miksati dok se sve skupa ne sjedini.
4. Dodati snijeg od bjelanjaka i lagano miješati.
5. Staviti u pobrašnjeni kalup za pite ili torte i peći na 175 stupnjeva!
6. U međuvremenu izmiksati vrhnje za šlag i pripremiti voće!
7. Na pečeni biskvit prvo staviti vrhnje za šlag i na to voće po želji!

Preparationes :
 1. Divede the egg whites and egg yolks and mix the egg whites very firm!
2. The egg yolks mix on a steam bath for about 2-5 minutes and let it get very creamy.
3. Add the flour slowly and the melted butter and mix it all together.
4. Add the egg whites and mix it lightly!
5. Bake in a tart pan on 175 degrees until it gets brown :)
6. In the meantime whip the cream and prepare the fruit.
7. When the cake is baked put the cream first and then the fruit and garnish it as you wish!

American Pancakes - Američke palačinke

Dosadno popodne, u kući ništa slatko, moje naočale priljepljene na ekran laptopa tražeći neki brzi, fini receptić koji bi nabrzinu zasladio mene i moju obitelj. Prvo su mi na pament pale palačinke, naše domaće a onda sam se sjetila da sam negdje naletjela na recept za američke palačinke koje se kod nas baš i ne prave pa da i to probamo! Ispočetka mi je čudno izgledalo, al mislim si ako ih već cijela Amerika tako sprema mora da su dobre :) orginalan receptić je od cool cooharice sandre1hr iz Novske i mogu samo reći da sam ostala oduševljena ! Byby stare palačinke, hellou American Pancakes :)

A boring afternoon, nothing sweet in the house to eat, my glasses are glued to the laptop screen in hope to find a quick and easy recipe to please me and my family. My first thought were pancakes but in our traditional way, like crepes, but then i thought i have seen somewhere a recipe for American pancakes that are not so common in my country! So i decided, i will try it, after all the whole America is eating them so they must be good, right? So the original recipe is by a cool cook sandra1hr from Novska i Croatia, and i just have to say that they blow me away !! Soooo byby crepes, hellou American Pancakes :)



Sastojci : 

Šalica - 2 dcl

2 i pol šalice brašna
1/3 šalice šećera
1 prašak za pecivo
malo soli
2 šalice mlijeka
1/3 šalice ulja
2 jaja

Ingrediens :

Cup - 2 dcl

2 and a half cup flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1 baking powder(15g)
a pinch of salt
2 cups of milk
1/3 cup of oil
2 eggs


Priprema :

1. Razdvojiti bjeljanjke od žutanjka i istući u čvrsti snijeg.

2. Žutanjke pomiješati sa šećerom i dodati ostale sastojke.

3. Na kraju umiješati snijeg od bjeljanjaka ručnom mješalicom i možete poćeti peći! Ja sam po dvije na jednu tavicu i ispale su super! Dodala sam Bourbon vanilla sladoled i malo domaćeg voća i bile su prefiiine :)



Preparationes: 

1. Divide egg whites from the egg yolks and mix the egg whites very firm.

2. Mix the egg yolks with sugar very well and add the other ingrediens.

3. At the end mix the both mixes :) together and fry :) I added bourbon vanilla Ice cream and some fruits from my garden :)

Sooo this is the recipe i tried and i loved it! So i'm asking you, my dear friendsnd readers what do you think about the recipe? Should i add something? Or throw out? I would love to hear you opinion since this is the first time i made American pancakes.

Mini Choco muffins

Tražila sam neke brze, jednostavne muffine. Prezentacija na faksu  i samo 3 tjedna vremena da se pripremimo. Za to nam je trebalo puuuuno volje i puuuuno mašte, ali naravno i nešto slatko :) tak da sam ja dežurna kuharica u ekipi pripremila curama iznenađenje :) Mini čokoladne muffine  Cool kuharice Jelene21  :) u originalnom receptu nema punjenja i glazure od čokolade tako da je to moj kreativni dodatak :)

I was looking for quick and simple muffins. We had a presentation on collage i only 3 weeks to finish it. For that we needed a lot of will, and a lot imagination and of course something sweetly! So, since i am the lead confectioner in our group i prepared a little surprise for my girls :) Mini Chocolate muffins from the cool cook Jelena21 ! In the original recipe there is no chocolate filing and icing so that is my little creative touch!

Sastojci : 

75 g maslaca ili margarina
400 g čokolade za kuhanje
2 jaja
100 g šećera
1 kiselo vrhnje
200 g brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
200 ml vrhnja za šlag
komadići čokolade

Ingrediens :

75 g butter
400 g chocolate
2 eggs
100g sugar
1 cup( 200 ml) of sour cream
1 baking powder (15 g)
200 ml whiped cream 
chocolate chips

Little mountain

Priprema :

1. Maslac zajedno sa čokoladom (200 g) otopiti na pari o ostaviti da se malo ohladi.

2. Izmiksati jaja, šećer te kiselo vrhnje i postepeno dodavati otopljenju i ohlađenu mješavinu čokolade i maslaca. Dodati brašno sa praškom za pecivo te sve skupa izmiješati, Jelena preporučuje miješanje rukom tj. ručnom mješalicom da smjesa bude lagana! Dodati komadiće nasjeckane čokolade i puniti mini muffin košarice malo više od pola!

3. Pecite 20 minuta na 160 stupnjeva! Neznam točno koliko ali sam ja sam dobila sigurno oko 30 mini muffina od ove smjese :)

4. U međuvremenu, kad se peku muffini pripremiti čoko punjenje. Slatko vrhnje pustiti da zavri i prelijati preko razlomljene čokolade (200 g). Staviti nakratko u hladnjak.

5. Muffine pustiti da se malo ohlade te im gornji dio razrezati kao na ovoj sličici dolje te puniti mješavinom čokolade i slatkog vrhnja dok je još tekuća i natrag pokriti sa gornjim dijelom.


Preparations: 

1. Melt the chocolate and butter on a steam bath and let it cool a little bit.

2. Mix the eggs, sugar and sour cream and add the melted choco-butter mixture. Than add the flour with the baking powder and mix it all together but with a whisk and let it be very light, and the mixture should have small air bubbles in it :) add chocolate chips and fill the mini muffin cups!

3. Bake them for 20 minutes on 160 degrees. You get about 30 mini muffins from this mixture!

4. In the meantime, when the muffins are baking prepare the choco filling. Whipping cream put in a bowl and let it boil, then slowly mix in the chocolate and let it melt in the hot whipping cream. Put in The fridge.

5. Let the muffins cool a little bit and cut the top of so there is a hole in it. Put a little amount of the mixture in the muffin and close it with the rest!



Cut the little mountains :)

And keep the rest....


And fill the muffins with chocolate sauce and close them with the rest :)


Ostatak kreme staviti natrag u hladnjak i pustiti oko 1 sat da se stisne :) nakon toga premazati preko mini muffina i lagano posipato šećerom u prahu!

Put the rest of the mixture in the fridge for a hour and let it harden. After that glaze the rest on the muffins and sprink some powderd sugar on it!

Bobanova torta - Boban's cake

Moja draga cool prijateljica Renci11 preuzela je ovaj recept od svoje tete Marije a meni nije preostalo ništa drugo nego da je probam jer izgleda previše primamljivo! Jednostavni sastojci, biskvit bez brašna brza izvedba samo su neki od prednosti ovog kolača tj. torte Bobanove Torte


My dear friend Renci11 took over this recipe from her aunt Marie and i just had to try it out because it looks too gorgeous! Simple ingredients make this no flour cake a fast and yummy desert so i present you the Boban's cake !


Sastojci : 

6 bjeljanka
6 žutanjka
12 dag šećera
12 dag čokolade za kuhanje
pola praška za pecivo
1 Schwartau extra pekmez od borovnice ili šumsko voće
500 ml vrhnja za šlag


Ingrediens:

6 egg whites
6 egg yolgs
12 dag sugar
12 dag chocolate
1 tablespoon of baking powder
 1 Schwartau extra jam blueberry or cherries (down below)
500 ml whipped cream


 Priprema: 

1. Zagrijati pećnicu na 170 stupnjeva i pripremiti okrugli kalup promjera 26 cm.

2. Istući bjeljanke sa šećerom u sjajni i čvrsti snijeg! Žutanjke istući posebno sa pola praška za pecivo.

3. Na pari otopiti čokoladu za kuhanje i dodati ju u mješavinu žutanjka i praška za pecivo te povezati. Dodati lagano snijeg od bjeljanka i peći u pripremljenom kalupu  oko 30 minuta. Biskvit će se jako dignuti, a nakon što ga izvadite iz pećnice naglo će pasti ali ne brinite tako mora biti! Hvala Renci što je ovaj dio napisala jer ja već paniku digla valjda :)

4. Kad se biskvit ohladi premazati ga cijelom staklenkom pekmeza i na to premazati šlagom!

5. Dobro ohladiti prije posluživanja!


Preparations :

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees i prepare a round mold diameter 26 cm.

2. Mix the egg whites with sugar to a firm and shiny foam. Mix the egg yolgs with baking powder seperatly.

3. Dissolve the chocolate on a steam bath and add it to the egg yolg and baking powder mixture. Mix it together well. Slowly add the egg white sugar mixture and slowly unite. Bake it in the prepared mold for 30 minutes. The cake will get very high but when you take it out of the oven it will fall down and be very low but don't worry that is the way it is should be! Thanx to Renci for mentioning this part because if i didn't knew that i would panic immediately!

4. When the cake cools down spread the whole bootle of jam on the cake and let it cool a little bit than add the whiped cream on the top and decorate as you wish (I took fresh sour cherries!)!

5. Cool it very well before you serve it!

Pita od vanilije i višnji

Vjerna sam Coolinarika i obožavam taj portal jer sve što sam naučila o kuhanju naučila sam tamo uz pomoć mojih Cool frendica :) posljednji recept koji me se dojmio bila je Pita od vanilije i borovnica simpatične Cooharice Tamarichke koja ne samo da je preslatka već i pravi preslatke kolačiće i razna druga jela. Ova pita koju sam pravila vrlo je fotogenična tako da sam uživala i fotkajući ju :)


I'm a faithful follower of the web page Coolinarika and i adore everything about that page because everything i know about baking and cooking i know frome this page! The last recipe i tried was the Vanilla and blueberry pie by the beautiful Tamarichka who not only is very beautiful but also bakes some amazing sweets! This is a pie that i made but in this case with sour cherries! 



Sastojci : 
Za tijesto : 

250 g brašna
125 g maslaca
pola mahune vanilije
2 žutanjka
naribana korica pola limuna
100 g šećera
prstohvat soli
2 žlice hladnog mlijeka

Ingredients: 
For the dough:

   
250 g flour 
125 g butter
 half a vanilla pod 
2 egg yolgs
grated half lemon
 100 g sugar 
pinch of salt 
2 tbsp cold milk



Za kremu :
500 ml mlijeka
1 puding od vanilije
1 jaje
3 žlice šećera
1 ravna žlica gustina 
1 staklenka višnji 

 For the filling:

500 ml milk 
1 vanilla pudding 
1 egg yalg
3 tablespoons sugar 
1 flat tablespoon density 
1 jar of sour cherries



Priprema : 

1. Kremasto izmiksajte maslac sa šećerom i solju pa dodajte brašno, sjemenke iz pola mahune vanilije, limunovu koricu i žutanjke. Izmješajte-dobit ćete mrvičasto tijesto. Dodajte mlijeko i formirajte kuglu od tijesta. Nemojte previše mijesiti tijesto, potrebno je što manje rukovati njime, jer će u suprotnome biti elastično i žilavo kad se speče. Zamotajte u plastičnu foliju i ostavite u hladnjaku na 1 sat.

2. Pećnicu ugrijte na 180.

3. Tijesto narežite na ploške debljine oko pola cm i slažite ih unamašćen kalup za pite, spajajući ih, poput puzzli-utisnite tijesto u kalup i rubove. Ispikajte ga vilicom i pecite 15-ak minuta pa izvadite da se ohladi.

4. U međuvremenu napravite kremu od vanilije-puding razmutite sa 6 žlica mlijeka i šećerom, a ostatak mlijeka zakuhajte. Kad je zakuhalo, dodajte razmućen puding, razmućeno jaje i gustin. Kuhajte kratko na laganoj vatri, miješajući, dok ne zgusne.

5. Kremu izlijte na tijesto pa po njoj rasporedite višnje !

Tamarichka je tijesto pravila po receptu Jamiea Olivera iz knjige "Jamie's kitchen" i preporuča ga za sve vrste slatkih pita i tartova i ja potvrđujem jer je prejednostavno za napraviti a ispadne božanstveno.

Preparations:

1.Mix the butter with the sugar and salt than add flour, half vanilla beam, lemon zest and egg yolgs! Mix it and than add milk and make a dough ball. Put it in transparent foil and put it in the fridge for an hour!

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

3. Roll the dough in a circle and cut pieces about 1 cm thick and put it in a tart mold like puzzle pieces. Make holes with a fork in it and bake it for about 15 minutes.

4. In the meantime make the vanilla filling - make the vanilla pudding as it says on the package and cook it slowly on small heat, than put the egg yolg and a tablespoon of density in it. Mix it until it goes thick.

5. Put the vanilla cream in the baked dough and put sour cherries on it!

The dough is by a recipe from Jamie Oliver and it is recommended for all kind of sweet pies and tarts, and i can confirm that it is delicious!


Meni je ostalo nešto malo tijesta kad sam ga raspoređivala po kalupu tako da sam odlučila napraviti i 3 mini pite na zadovoljstvo moj brata!

I also made 3 little pies for my younger brother and he adored it! The were still warm when he eat everything!
