Sunny Angel Cupcakes :)

Ime su zapravo dobili od mog brata, "sunny" zato jer su narančasti a "angels" zato jer imaju šlag na sebi :)
Recept je drage Cool kolegice Pege a ovaj dodatak gore je by me :) tako da su od Orange muffins nastali Sunny Angel Cupcakes :) Nadam se da ste lijepo proveli Božićne dane, meni je sve prebrzo prošlo ali je bilo jako lijepo :) jednostavno i u krugu obitelji i prijatelja :) evo receptića za Sunačane anđele :)


The name was actually received from my brother, "Sunny" because they are orange and the "angels" because they have whipped cream on it :) The recipe is by a  dear cool friend called Pega and the addition above is by me:) and so the Orange muffins became Sunny angel cupcakes :) Hope you had a great Christmas day, It passed very quickly but it was very nice:) simple, with family and friends:) So here is the recipe for the Sunny angels :)


1 whole orange :)

 Sastojci:          Ingredients:

1 veća narandža                             1 big orange
1 šalica soka od naranče          1 cup of orange juice
1 jaje                                     1 egg
Pola šalice omekšalog maslaca          1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/2 šalice brašna                       1 1/2 cup of flour
1 žličica sode                       1 tsp soda
1 žličica praška za pecivo          1 tsp baking powder
Pola žličice soli                      1/2 tsp salt
3/4 šalice šećera                3/4 cup of sugar
Veličina šalice 2,5 dcl               Cup size 2,5 dcl

500 ml vrhnja za šlag           500 ml whipped cream
2 žlice soka od naranče          2 spoons of orange juice
Korica naranče                             Orange zest

Orange and orange juice together :) very, very orange :D

Narandzu oprati i zajedno sa korom izrezati  na manje komadiće (povaditi kostice ako ih ima), pa izmiksati u kašu zajedno sa jednom šalicom soka. U to umesati jaje i maslac, a zatim i brasno pomiješano sa sodom bikarbonom, praskom za pecivo šalicu i secerom.

Napuniti košarice za muffine do vrha i staviti peći na 20 minuta na oko 180 stupnjeva. Pustiti ih da se ohlade.

U međuvremenu izmiksati vrhnje za šlag i dodati 2 žlice soka od naranče. Kad se muffini ohlade ukrasiti šlagom i korom od naranče :) i voila :) brzi i prefini!! :)


Fill to the top and bake :)

Wash the orange and cut it into small pieces then mix it well with the orange juice. Mix in the egg and the butter and slowly add flour mixed with soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Fill a muffin basket to the top and put in oven for 20 minutes at about 180 degrees. Allow them to cool.

In the meantime mix the whipped cream with the orange juice. When cooled, garnish the muffins with whipped cream and orange zest. :) e voila :) fast and yummy :)

Vrijeme je stvarno ludo, mijenja se iz dana u dan.... malo je 15 stupnjeva pa drugi dan -8 tako da nam nije lako :) evo slike dan prije Božića, ujutro skoro 10 stupnjeva navečer već -3 :) brrrrrr ...... Hoću proljeće i ljetoooo.......

Have yourself a merry little Christmas:)) Sretne blagdane i Blagoslovljen Božić :))

Dragi moji, došlo je i to vrijeme - Božić :)) volim to doba godine, ali nekako nisam u tom "feelingu" ove goine...vjerojatno zbog posla, stressa, faksa itd. al to je sad nebitno :) evo još par sati sam na poslu i vraćam se doma. Kićenje bora, dovršavanje kolača, obitelj, polnoćka, moj dragi sve će biti tamo  zbog toga sam jako zahvalna pogotovo ovu godinu koja je bila u cijelom svijetu godina racesije i raznih nezgoda, zahvalna sam najviše ljudima koji su me podupirali cijelu godinu počevši od roditelja, mog dragog i prijatelja, a pogotovo novih prijatelja koj su mi pokazali što znači pravo prijateljstvo. I ne kaže se badava da se na fakultetu nađu prijatelji za  cijeli život :) uglavnom, hvala svima koji su me razveselili svojim predivnim komentarima i svima koji me redovito prate! Želim vam sretan i blagoslovljen Božić :)))

And there it is the favorite time of the year - Christmas:)) I love this time of the year, but somehow I'm not in the Christmas mood this year ... probably because of work, stress, collage, etc. but that's irrelevant now:) In a few hours i'm finished with work and going home. Decorating the tree, finishing the cake, family, Midnight Mass, my darling.....I  am so grateful , especially this year which was a worldwide recession and various accidents, I am most grateful to the people who supported me all year, starting from parents, and my dear friends, and especially new friends who showed me what true friendship means. They say that in collage you find friend for life, and that is true :) mainly big thanks to everyone who cheered me with their wonderful comments and all who follow me regularly! I wish you a Happy, merry Christmas:)))

Igra sa fondan masom :) Playing with fondant :)

Malo sam se jučer igrala sa fondanom pa sam odlučila staviti recept po kojem ga ja doma radim, i kad god sam ga radila svaki put mi je uspio :) Recept je sa stranice Minjina Kuhinjica na kojoj ima i video sa uputama i toplo ga preporučam svima, isto tako preporučam da pogledate kakve sve stvari Minja izrađuje od fondana :)

Yesterday I was playing with fondant a little bit so i decided to put the recipe upon witch i make fondant at home, and every time i make it t gets perfect! The recipe is from the site Minjina Kuhinjica where you can find the how to make video and i recommend it to everyone! I also recommend that you go and see what kind of cakes Minja makes :)





Sastojci :                                Ingredients:

1 vrećica želatine                            1 bag of jello (12-15 grams)
50 ml hladne vode (za želatinu)              50 ml cold water (for the jello)
100 g fruktoze (voćni šećer)               100 g fructose (fruit sugar)
20 ml vode (za fruktozu)         20 ml water (for the fructose)
1 velika žlica glukoze (kupiti u apoteci)       1 big spoon glucose 
900 g šećera u prahu                                   900 g of powdered sugar


Making the fondan


Priprema :

Želatinu preliti sa vodom i ostaviti da nabubri. Fruktozu  stavite u lončić i prelite isto sa vodom. Stavite na štednjak da se istopi. Mješajte sve vreme do početka vrenja. Neka vri tridesetak sekundi, zatim sklonite sa vatre i dodajte jednu punu žlicu glicerina i nabrubrelu želatinu. Promešajte.

U veću posudu stavite 500 -600 gr šećera u prahu, zatim postepeno sipajte istopljeni šećer i mješajte sa žlicom. Povremeno dodajte još šećera u prahu, a zatim stavite na radnu površinu i sa ostatkom šećera umjesite fondan. Ako su vam u startu ruke jako ljepljive, operite ih i onda nastavite sa mješenjem fondana. Bitno je da ruke nakon pranja dobro osušite papirnatim ubrusom, a ne krpom jer će vam u suprotnom ostati dlačice na fondanu. 

Gotov fondan ostavite 30 minuta na površini gde ste ga mjesili da se prohladi, a onda ga stavite u dobro zatvorenu posudu i čuvajte na sobnoj temperaturi. Najbolje je da se iskoristi u naredna 2-3 dana zato što je onda najlakše raditi sa njim ali ga možete čuvati i mjesec dana ako želite. Ako se desi da ga želite upotrebiti nakon tih mjesec dana a on bude malo tvrđi za rad, slobodno ga stavite na 4-5 sekundi u mikrovalnu ali vodite računa da ga ne pregrijete. Bojati ga bojama u gelu ili u prahu koje ste prethodno otopili sa malo vode!


Coloring the fondant

Pour the gelatin with water and leave to swell. Fructose, put in pot and layout the same with water. Put on the stove to melt. Stir all the time to start boiling. Boil it for about thirty seconds, then remove from heat and add one full spoon of glycerine and gelatine. Stir.

In a large bowl put 500 -600 grams of powdered sugar, then gradually pour the melted sugar and stir with a spoon. Periodically add more powdered sugar, then put on the working board and with the rest of the sugar and knead the fondant. If you start in a very sticky hands, wash them and then proceed with knedenig fondant. It is important that your hands after washing and dry thoroughly with paper towel, not cloth, because you will otherwise remain the hairs on the fondant.

Leave the fondant for 30 minutes at the surface where you have kneedet to cool, then put it in an airtight container and store at room temperature. It is best to use in the next 2-3 days because it is easiest to work with but you can keep it for a month if you want. If it happens that you want to use these after a month and it  is a little harder to work, feel free to put it to 4-5 seconds in the microwave, but make sure it does not overheat. You can paint it wit gel colors ore powderd colors that you previously melted with a little water!

The "Green" cake :)))

Evo jedan brzi post, lijena sam u zadnje vrijeme....Pekla sam torticu za rođendan frendičinog dečka.... torta je malo drugačija :) ja sam ju nazvala The "Green" cake..... ima dosta razloga :D

Here is a quick post since I'm so lazy lately ..... I was baking a cake for a friend's boyfriends birthday.... it' a bit different from my other cakes :) I called it The "Green" cake .... there are a few reasons for that :D




Biskvit - cake

80 g šećera                                                                80 g sugar
40 g šećera u prahu                                                    40 g powdered sugar
100 ml ulja                                                                100 ml oil
40 g džema                                                                40 g jam
150 g pšeničnog brašna                                             150 g flour
15 g praška za pecivo                                                15 g baking powder
15 g sode bikarbone                                                  15 g soda
15 g vanilin šećera                                                      15 g vanilla sugar
45 g kakaa                                                                 45 g cocoa powder
150 ml jogurta                                                            150 ml yogurt
30 ml mlijeka                                                              30 ml milk
                                    3 kiwia                                                                        3 kiwi

Krema - cream

250 g čokolade                         250 g chocolate
150 ml vrhnja za šlag            150 ml whipping cream
2 žlice meda                      2 spoons of honey




Biskvit - Cake

Izmiješajte šećer, šećer u prahu, ulje i džem. Pomiješajte brašna, dodajte prašak za pecivo, sodu bikerbonu, vanilin šećer i kakao. U smjesu od brašna umiješajte smjesu od džema i ulja, a zatim i jogurt koji ste izmiješali s mlijekom. Sve dobro sjedinite i stavite peći u namašćeni kalup promjera 26 cm na 180 stupnjeva oko 40 minuta. Provijeriti čačkalicom dali je pečeno. Ovaj postupak ponoviti da se dobe dva biskvita.

Mix the sugar, powdered sugar, oil and jam. In another bowl mix flour, add baking powder, soda, vanille sugar and cocoa powder. In Flour mix add the jam mix and mix well. After that add the yogurt  and milk. Mix all together and bake it for 40 minutes on 180 degrees in a 26 cm mold. This you have to do twice to get 2 cake

Kream - cream


Zagrijte slatko vrhnje za šlag do točke vrenja i dodati 2 žlice meda i prelijte preko nasjeckane čokolade. Ostavite da stoji 5 minuta te promiješajte. Ostaviti u hladnjaku 2 sata da se stisne pa izmiksajte mikserom sa još malo slatkog vrhnja.
Bring the whipping cream to boiling and add 2 spoons of honey and pour over minced chocolate. Leave it for 5 minutes and stir all well together! Leave it for 2 hours in the fridge, then mix again with the mixer to get it fluffy :)
 

Na kraju slagati biskvit, krema, kivi, krema pa zadnji biskvit i ukrasiti :) ja sam sa fondanom :)) 
At the end make the cake - first cake, then cream, then kiwi, then again the cream and at he end the other cake :) i decorated with fondant!

FBI Rukavice - Kuglof od jabuka :) Apple cake

Prvi puta sudjelujem u blogerskim igricama, i ovaj post je moja ulaznica za igru FBI rukavice , koju je osmislila mamajac a ovaj mjesec istražujemo blog La Cuisine Creative by Mignonne !  Doma imamo i jabuke, i lješnjake pa sam mislila da bi mogla isprobati ovaj kuglof od jabuka ! Strašno je jednostavan, a kad se ispeče cijela kuhinja mirišni na cimet i jabuke :)) inače ovu godinu baš i nisam nekako zaluđena Božićem i svime oko toga ali poslije ovog kuglofa sve se nekakko promijenilo..... obuzela me Božićna atmosfera :)) i potaknuta ovomjesečnim otkrivanje ostalih blogerica kupila sam hamer papir i počela malo istraživati fotografiju i sposobnosti mojeg maaalog fotića :) isto tako vas pozivam da se upoznamo malo bolje pa je ovdje moj Facebook link na kojem me možete dodati :) tamo se isto tako nalaze galerije mojih dosadašnjih kolačića :)

This is the first time I participate in blogging games, and this post is my ticket to the game FBI gloves, which was created by mamajac and this month we research  a blog  La Cuisine Creative by mignonne! At home we have apples and hazelnuts so I thought I might try this Apple cake! It  is extremely simple, and when baked the whole kitchen smells like cinnamon and apples :))  this year i'm just not so into Christmas and everything about it but after this cake everything sudenly changed ..... Christmas atmosphere overwhelmed me:)) This month some blogger reveled themselves so here is a link to my Facebook profile so add me there and let us bond! :)))




Sastojci:                                                          Ingedients:

250 g šećera                                                       250 g sugar
3 žumanjka                                                          3 egg yalks
          1 vanilin šećer                                                    1 case od vanille sugar
130 ml ulja                                                              130 ml oil
   60 mljevenih lješnjaka                                             60 g  minced hazelnuts
       1 prašak za pecivo                                                  1 case of baking powder 
   250 g naribanih jabuka                                                   250 g grated apples
Snijeg od 3 bjelanjka                                                 3 mixed egg whites
100 g rastopljene čokolade                                               100 g melted chocolate

All ingredients mixed and adding the mixed egg whites

Priprema je vrlo jednostavna kako i sama mignonne govori, sve sastojke umiješati dobro i na kraju lagano dodati snijeg od bijeljanka :)) lakše ne može :) kalup za kuglof premazati margarinom i posipati brašnom te peći na 175 stupnjeva oko 40 minuta u mojem slučaju, te isključiti pećnicu i ostaviti unutra još 10 minuta! Nakon toga odmah sam ju premazala sa malo  rastopljene čokolade :)

It is very easy to make it, as the author of the recipe says herself, mix all the ingredients well together and at the end add the mixed egg whites! It can't be easier! Prepare the mold for the cake, the round one pictured below,  greese it and add a bit flour so the cake doesn't stick to it! Bake it for 40 minutes on 175 degrese
then turn the oven of and let it bake for another 10 minutes! After theh i just covered it with a little bit of chocolate!

Prebaked and done :)))


Stvarno sam uživala preveći je :))) hvala mignonne na predivnom receptu, a ja sam morala dodati čokoladu jer bez nje neide :) i odlično je odgovaralo :))

I really enjoyed making it! thanks to mignonne for the great recipe :) but i had to add a bit of chocolate because without it i'm lost :))) ant it suited the cake very well :)

And then the snow came :) I tako je došao snijeeeg :))))

Prošli tjedan malo sam se odmarala i uzela godišnji da se malo odmorim prije blagdana kada je kod nas ludnica i evo pao je prvi ovogodišnji snijeg....istina da je danas bilo sedam stupnjeva i sunčano ali prošli tjedan mislim da smo se svi osjećali kao na sjevernom polu :) da vam dokažem da je stvarno tako evo par slikica sa posla koje je sliknuo moj prijatelj Mario (malo sam ukrala) :)) Uživajte u snijegu jer ja ga ne volim pretjerano....

Last week was "off work" week for me...I took some time of to relax before the holidays because then it is madness here!! And then this week fell the firs snow here :) today its seven degrees and it is sunny but last week we felt like we were on the north pole! To prove that i have some photos that were shot from my friend Mario (i stole them) :)) Enjoy the snow because i don't like it very much .....

Lješnjak rapsodija - Hazelnuts rhapsody :)))

Prije par tjedana pisala sam o osvojenoj nagradi na natjecanju za najbolju regionalnu tortu i obećala da ću staviti recept... pošto je prošlo već više od 1 mjesec evo ovaj vikend sam ju ponovo pravila pa da stavim taj recept! :) Lješnjaci u ovoj torti su domaći, iz našeg voćnjaka i aroma im je nevjerojatna!  Ponosna sam jako na nju :)) Biskvit za ovu torta je bila malo izmijenjena Džemi lady torta sa Coolinarike, a jedna od krema je bila rađena po receptu za kremu od lješnjaka sa bloga Vali Voli Torte koji obavezno posjetite :)



Few weeks ago i posted that i won an award on the regional cake contest and i promised that I will post the recipe some other time. So i was making it again this week and here is the recipe! The hazelnuts are vary, very special since they are from my garden and not bought. I must say I am very, very proud at this cake :) The cake was made from a little changed Džemi lady from Coolinarika, adn one of the creams, the hazenut one, was made from the blog Vali Loves Cakes (have to visit!!) 

  
Biskvit - cake

80 g šećera                                                                80 g sugar
40 g šećera u prahu                                                    40 g powdered sugar
100 ml ulja                                                                100 ml oil
40 g džema                                                                40 g jam
150 g pšeničnog brašna                                             150 g flour

Krema od lješnjaka - Hazelnuts cream


200 g mljevenih prženih lješnjaka                                          200 g minced hazelnuts
5 žutanjka                                                                            5 egg yolks
200 ml mlijeka                                                                     200 ml milk
500 ml slatkog vrhnja za šlag                                                500 ml whipped cream
120 g šećera                                                                        120 g sugar
1 vrećica želatine                                                                   15 g gelatin


Ganache 

                            250 g tamne čokolade                                                250 g dark chocolate                                                200 ml slatkog vrhnja                                                 200 ml whipped cream        


Biskvit - Cake

Izmiješajte šećer, šećer u prahu, ulje i džem. Pomiješajte brašna, dodajte prašak za pecivo, sodu bikerbonu, vanilin šećer i kakao. U smjesu od brašna umiješajte smjesu od džema i ulja, a zatim i jogurt koji ste izmiješali s mlijekom. Sve dobro sjedinite i stavite peći u namašćeni kalup promjera 20 cm na 180 stupnjeva oko 40 minuta. Provijeriti čačkalicom dali je pečeno. Ovaj postupak ponoviti da se dobe dva biskvita.

Hazelnuts cream - krema od lješnjaka

Mlijeko stavite grijati, a žutanjke dobro istucite sa šećerom. U vruće mlijeko ulijte smjesu žutanjaka i šećera i neprekidno miješajte dok se smjesa malo ne zgusne. Zatim je ulijte u hladnu posudu i ostavite sa strane. Od vrhnja istucite šlag, a želatinu pripremite po uputama na vrećici. Rastopljenu želatinu dodati šlagu. U žutu smjesu umiješajte lješnjake i šlag. Ostaviti u frižideru oko 1-2 sata!

Put the milk on the stove, and mix the egg yolks well with sugar! In boiling milk put the yolk mix and well until it gets thicker. Then pour it in a cold bowl and leave aside. Whip the cream and prepare the gelatin as it says on the package. Add the gelatin to the whipped cream and together withe the minced nuts put in the yolk mix! Leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.



      Ganache 

Zagrijte slatko vrhnje za šlag do točke vrenja i prelijte preko nasjeckane čokolade. Ostavite da stoji 5 minuta te promiješajte. Ostaviti u hladnjaku 2 sata da se stisne pa izmiksajte mikserom sa još malo slatkog vrhnja.

Slaganje torte - preparing the cake

Slaže se ovako - 1. prvi biskvit, 2. trećina ganache kreme, 3. pola kreme od lješnjaka, 4. ponovo trećina ganache kreme, 5. na sve to biskvit ! Ostalo ostavljam vama na volju :) ja sam gornji biskvit premazala kremom od lješnjaka a okolo ganache kremom i na kraju ukrasila ukrasima od čokolade!

Here is the deal - 1. The first cake layer, 2. 1/3 of ganache, 3. Half of the hazelnut cream, 4. 1/3 ganache again, 5. The other cake layer! The rest I am leaving to you :) I decorated it with the hazelnut cream, ganache and chocolate decoration :)
