Zadnji dan!!! / Last day!!!

Cornmeal bacon muffins :) Muffins od kukuruznog brašna i špeka :)

Da, dobro ste pročitali! Slani muffini na mojem blogu :) Ja sam u gužvi pa ne stignem niti peći ni postati, rokovi me stižuuu :)) Ove muffine sam slučajno našla u jednoj stranoj kuharici o keksama i pošto mi se recept činio brz i jednostavan odlučila sam ga isprobati!

Yes, you've read it wright! A savory dish on my blog :) I'm still in a hurry so i can't bake or post, the deadlines came to me :) I found theese muffins in a foregian cookies cookbook and had to try them because they looked simple and fast!



Sastojci :

špek, kulen ili što imate u hladnjaku
100 g margarina
115 g brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
1 žličica šećera u prahu
malo soli
175 g kukuruznog brašna
250 ml mlijeka
2 jaja



Priprema :

1. Ugrijati pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva!

2. Narezati na kriške špek i kulen. Staviti na tavu i peći dok ne postanu hrskavi, maknuti sa tave i ostaviti na kuhinjskom papiru da se iscjedi mast. Kad se malo ohladi narezati na sitne komadiće i staviti sastrane.

3. Rastopiti margarin i staviti sastrane.Brašno, prašak za pecivo, sol i šećer u prahu izmiješati zajedno i umiješati kukuruzno brašno. Izmiksati jaja u posebnoj posudi, ulijati lagano zagrijano mlijeko i margarin i izmiješati. 



4. Sve umiješati u brašno i miksati pjenjačom dok se ne sjedini pa dodati usitnjeni špek i kulen!

5. Puniti košarice do pola i peći 20 minuta! Dobar tek ;))


Ingredients:

bacon, sausage or whatever you have in the fridge
100 g margarine
115 g flour
1 baking powder
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
salt
175 g of corn flour
250 ml milk
2 eggs

 
Preparation:


1. Warm up the oven to 200 degrees!


2.  Cut into slices bacon and sausage. Put in pan and bake until crispy, remove from pan and leave on kitchen paper to cool down. When cooled slightly cut into small pieces and put the side.


3.  Melt margarine and put aside. Flour, baking powder, salt and sugar mix together and mix in corn flour. Whip the eggs in a separate bowl, put in lightly warmed milk and margarine and stir.
 
4. Mix into the flour mix and whisk until it is united, and add the chopped bacon and sausage!


5.  Fill the basket half and bake for 20 minutes! Bon appetit;))

Ja putujem malo danas pa da vam nebude dosadno evo opet par videa :) Neznam što to sve stavljaju u i na torte ali izgledaju odlično!!!

I'm traveling today so i'm posting again a video post so you don't get bored :) I don't know with what they are decorating those cakes but it looks amazing !!!

No inspiration ...... Bez inspiracije....

Gledam koliko sam postala u veljači i mislim da je to bio moj mjesec, sva sam bila puna elana i inspiracije....i stigao ožujak...i nekako se ta inspiracija povukla.... događa se to i vama? Jednostavno imam osjećaj da trebam malo pauze od slastica (kolko za liniju) toliko i za dušu....  Mislim da ću ovaj tjedan malo pauzirati pa sam odlučila da produžimo malo darivanje/natjecanje :) Pravila su na ovom linku, nagrada je tu.... mislim da će joj se od preksutra pridružiti još par stvari :)

I'm looking at the number of post I posted in February and thinking this was my month! I was full of inspiration and enthusiasm...and then came March and everything was gone......Does that happen to you? A lack of inspiration? I think i need a little break from sweets ( as for my body shape) as for my soul.... Since I won't be posting anything sweet this week anymore i thought we could make the giveaway/contest a bit longer! The rules are on this link, ant beside the book there will be other prices :)

The Giveaway/Contest - Darivanje/Natjecanje :)

Blog je prošao veliku brojku 20,000 + posjeta a stranica na Facebooku 50 članova :) sve me ovo jako veseli jer sam preko bloga i preko Facebooka upoznala prekrasne ljude, neke s kojim  se i svakodnevno i čujem i surađujem!! Ultimative Chocolate cake :) Ultimativna cokoladna torta!!!! :)

Pooooosaooooo.....imam osjećaj da mi je ovaj blog, blog za jadanje :D zbog veeelike količine posla :D al nedam se ja! Zato smo posao dlučili ublažiti ultimativnom čokoladnom tortom! Moja sestra je u ponedeljak proslavila 17. ti rođendan ( a još je taaak malena u  mojoj glavi, makar je veća za dvije glave od mene :D ) pa sam po njenoj želji napravila ovu torticu :D Ovo je recept za Bečke Kocke kojeg sam dobila od frendove mame ali ja sam ga pretvorila u tortu, a sad vidim da i na coolinariki djetlic ima sličnu verziju ove torte.... Sretan 17. rođendan seki ;)




An ultimate cake for my sister's 17th birthday ;) In the original this is a recipe for Wienna Squares but i turned it in a cake :) Happy B-day sis ;)))



Biskvit :

6 zumanjaka
6 zlica secera
6 zlica brasna
3 zlice kakaa
1 dcl mlijeka
1 dcl ulja
1 prašak za pecivo
Kora 1 naranče
snijeg od 6 bjelanjaka
Krema: 

500 ml vrhnja za šlag
250 g čokolade



1. Zagrijati pećnicu  na 180 stupnjeva. Izmiksati 6 bjelanjka u čvrsti snijeg. Miksati zutanjke i šećer dok se šećer ne otopi te lagano dodavati brašno sa praškom za pecivo, kakaom i naribanom korom naranče. Nizmjenično dodavati mlijeko i ulje dok sve lijepo ne sjedini. U to laganim pokretima umiješati snijeg i i staviti u kalup za pečenje promjera 26 cm, kojem ste prethodno dno, ali samo dno premazali margarinom. Peći oko pola sata dok se ne digne i provjeriti čačkalicom da li je pečeno.

2. Kremu pripremati kad je biskvit već pri kraju jer topla krema ide na topli biksvit, ne na vrući biskvit kao što sam ja ovdje stavila već na biskvit koji malo odstoji! Zagrijati slatko vrhnje do točke vrenja te umiješati i rastopiti čokoladu! Preliti biskvit i ostaviti u hladnjaku preko noći! 


Cake:


6 egg yolks
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 dcl milk
1 dcl oil
1 baking powder
1 orange rind
6 beaten egg whites
 
Cream:

500 ml whipped cream
250 g chocolate
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Whip 6 egg whites. Mix yolks and sugar until sugar dissolves and gently add the flour and baking powder, cocoa and grated orange rind. Add milk and oil until all is well combined. The motion to intervene to slow the snow i put in a mold for baking a diameter of 26 cm, where previously the bottom, but just the bottom smeared with margarine. Bake for about half an hour until risen and a toothpick to check if it is done.

2. Prepare the cream when the cake is baking because you put the warm cream on the warm cake! Heath the whipped cream to the boil and add chocolate and melt it! Pour it over the cake and let it cool overnight!

Karneval u Rijeci :) Rijeka Carneval :)

Evo mene natrag :)
Bio je lijep vikend :) pun dobih emocija i ljudi :) kratko je trajalo ali bilo je  predobro :) vraćamo se sljedeću godinu :) Evo par slikica da vidite kako nam je bilo :) Inače, ostala sam oduševljena u što se Rijeka pretvorila ovih dana! U grad dobrih emocija, svi su sretni, veseli i stari i mladi - jednostavno oduševljena sam! Hvala našim domaćinima, lijepo su nas ugostile :) A sad, slikiceeee :))))
  
I am back:)

It was a nice weekend :)  full of good emotion and people :)  It was short but amazing :) :) we will be back next year, i hope for a longer time :) :) Here are some photos to see what we saw :) Anyway, I was amazed in what Rijeka has turned these days! In a city of good emotions, all are happy, cheerful young and old - I'm just thrilled! Thanks to our hosts, the made our stay feel like a five star hotel :) :) And now, pictures :))))

With March there come strawberries :)

Ovih dana sam u jednom letku ugledala vrlo primamljivu reklamu za jagode :) i naravno :) moj slastičarski um je radio sto na sat izmišljejući razne kombinacije sa jagodama! Htjela sam napraviti nešto jednostavno, što je brzo gotovo i ne zahtijeva prevelike slastičarske vještine jer sam nešto lijena ovih dana :)) Vjerojatno zbog vremena, jer ono samo nezna šta bi....u jednom trenu sija sunce za 10 minuta već pada snijeg....e pa ja sam odlučila bojkotirati ovo vrijeme i lansirati sebe i obitelj ravno u proljeće :) sa ovom ljetnom pitom od jagoda i vanilije koja je napravljena po receptu Tamare za pitu sa borovnicama samo malim izmjenama (sorry, zaboravila sam prije) ;)):)



These days, I saw in a  flyer in a very attractive advertisement for strawberries:) And of course:) my confectionery mind was working  hundred miles an hour thinking of various combinations with strawberries! I wanted to do something simple, almost as fast and does not require too much confectionery skills because I'm a little lazy these days:)) Probably because of the time, because it just what it wants .... in an instant, the sun shines for 10 minutes and then it's snowing .... Well I have decided to boycott this time, and launch myself and my family right into spring:) with this gentle summer strawberry and vanilla pie  that was made upon the recipe from Tamara from her Blueberry pie :) :)



Sastojci : 
Za tijesto : 

250 g brašna
125 g maslaca
pola mahune vanilije
2 žutanjka
naribana korica pola limuna
100 g šećera
prstohvat soli
2 žlice hladnog mlijeka
 
Premaz od džema:


50 g džema od šljive
2 žlice ruma

Za kremu :
500 ml mlijeka
1 puding od vanilije
1 jaje
3 žlice šećera 
250 g jagoda

Ukras:

250 g  jagoda
250 ml vrhnja za šlag



Priprema:
1. Kremasto izmiksajte maslac sa šećerom i solju pa dodajte brašno, sjemenke iz pola mahune vanilije, limunovu koricu i žutanjke. Izmješajte-dobit ćete mrvičasto tijesto. Dodajte mlijeko i formirajte kuglu od tijesta. Nemojte previše mijesiti tijesto, potrebno je što manje rukovati njime, jer će u suprotnome biti elastično i žilavo kad se speče. Zamotajte u plastičnu foliju i ostavite u hladnjaku na 1 sat.

2. Pećnicu ugrijte na 180.

3. Tijesto narežite na ploške debljine oko pola cm i slažite ih unamašćen kalup za pite, spajajući ih, poput puzzli-utisnite tijesto u kalup i rubove. Ispikajte ga vilicom i pecite 15-ak minuta pa izvadite da se ohladi.



4. U međuvremenu napravite kremu od vanilije-puding razmutite sa 6 žlica mlijeka i šećerom, a ostatak mlijeka zakuhajte. Kad je zakuhalo, dodajte razmućen puding, razmućeno jaje. Kuhajte kratko na laganoj vatri, miješajući, dok ne zgusne.
5. Na laganoj vatri zagrijati džem i rum dok ne postane lijepa krema za razmazivanje.

6. Na gotovo tijesto staviti premaz od džema, na to tanko nasjeckane jagode a na jagode lagano istresti puding od vanilije i pažljivo remazati. Staviti u hladnjak na 1 sat da se ohladi!

7. Na kraju ukrasiti jagodama i šlagom po želji :)

Ingredients: 
For the dough:

250 g flour 

125 g butter

 half a vanilla pod 
2 egg yolg
s
grated half lemon

 100 g sugar 
pinch of salt 

2 tbsp cold milk
For the jam filling:  

50 g of plum jam
2 tbs of rum
 For the filling:

500 ml milk 
1 vanilla pudding 
1 egg yalg
3 tablespoons sugar 
1 flat tablespoon density 
250 g strawberries
Decoration: 
250 g strawberries
250 ml whipped cream

1.Mix the butter with the sugar and salt than add flour, half vanilla beam, lemon zest and egg yolgs! Mix it and than add milk and make a dough ball. Put it in transparent foil and put it in the fridge for an hour!

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

3. Roll the dough in a circle and cut pieces about 1 cm thick and put it in a tart mold like puzzle pieces. Make holes with a fork in it and bake it for about 15 minutes.

4. In the meantime make the vanilla filling - make the vanilla pudding as it says on the package and cook it slowly on small heat, than put the egg yolg. Mix it until it goes thick.
 5. On low heat warm jam and rum until it becomes a nice cream smearing.

6. Coat the dough wit the jam smearing and put thinly chopped strawberries on the jam. Smear carefully the pudding on the strawberries. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to cool down!

7. Finally garnish strawberries and whipped cream  as desired:)





Evo :)) malo sam se lansirala u proljeće, barem do nestanka ove pite :) Veselim se jer ovaj vikend putujem u Rijeku na karneval tako da očekujte brdo slika kad se vratim :) 
Here it is :) i was in spring a little bit, but just until this pie dissapeard :) I'm loking forward to  this weekend because i'm traveling to Rijeka to carnival so expect many, many photos when I come back :)
