Chocolate Lover’s Cheesecake or Minnie Mouse cake :)

Jedna od mojih najboljih prijeteljica, ujedno i moja šefica slavila je na sam Uskrs rođendan. Pošto smo skupa taj dan i radile  odlučile smo se počastiti ovom preslatkom torticom :)) Ona je veliki ljubitelj lika Minnie Mouse, pa je torta ukrašena u tom duhu a okus smo dogovorile zajedno - lagano, od sira i čokolade :)) i tako je bilo - proslavile smo, zasladile smo se i brže nam je prošlo radno vrijeme ;))) Recept je drage Cool kolegice Violet Love sa Coolinarike :) već sam jednom pravila njen kolačić - Paunovo okeco - koji je, kao i ovaj cheesecake, ispalo odlično!!!

One of my best friends, who is also my boss celebrated her birthday on Easter day. Since we worked this day together we thought  we could sweeten up this day for us with the too cute cake :)) She is a big, big fan of Minnie Mouse so the cake was decorated in this thought and the taste was easy - light, cheese and chocolate :) and so it was, we had a great work day and it was sweet enough :) The recipe is from my dear friend Violet Love from the Coolinarika page :) I already made a cake by her recipe - Peacock eye, and it came out perfectly just as this did :)



Sastojci :

Podloga od Keksi :

 200 g keksa s maslacem
 70 g maslaca  
70 g tamne čokolade (72% kakaa) 

Krema od sira :
 350 g krem sira
 350 g milerama
 3 svježa jaja
 1 vrećica pudinga vanilin
 2 vrećice vanilin šećera
 150 g šećera
 3 žlice kakaa
 2 žlice ulja

Ukrašavanje:
Fondan
300 ml vrhnja za šlag


Prije Ukrašavanja - before decorating :)


Za podlogu 2/3 keksiju sameljite a 1/3 ručno smrvite (da nam ostanu manji komadići). 
Otopiti čokoladu i maslac te izmiješati sa keksima. 

Smjesu potisnuti u kalup za torte (s odvojivim stranicama) promjera 20 cm. 
Pripremiti nadjev – miksati sir sa 4/5 šećera, mileramom i vanilin šećerom dok ne postane glatko. 
U zasebnoj zdjeli izmutiti jaja dok ne postanu pjenasta i postepeno ih umiksati u smjesu zajedno sa prosijanim praškom za puding. 

Malo više od polovice smjese uliti u kalup (na pripremljenu podlogu) a u ostatak umiksati preostali šećer (1/5), kakao i ulje. Pažljivo rasporediti tamnu smjesu na svijetlu….. Peći 15 minuta na 190 stupnjeva, smanjiti pećnicu na 170 i peći još 25-30 minuta BEZ otvaranja pećnice. Kad je gotov, ostaviti ga pola sata u toploj pećnici (NITI slučajno je ne otvarati).

Kada ste ga izvadili iz pećnice – tankim nožem odvojiti kolač od stranica da nebi pucao tokom hlađenja. Nakon toga ohladiti na sobnoj temperaturi, zatim držati preko noći u hladnjaku pokrivenog aluminijskom folijom.

Ukrasiti po želji, fondanom i vrhnjem za šlag :)



Ingredients:

The base of the Biscuits:
 
200 g of biscuits with butter
70 g butter 
70 g dark chocolate (72% cocoa)

 Cream cheese:


350 g cream cheese
350 g sour cream
3 fresh eggs
1 packet of vanilla pudding
2 bags of vanilla sugar
150 g sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons oil

Decoration:

Fondant
300 ml whipped cream

For substrate 2 / 3 biscuits and grind 1 / 3 hand-Crush (that we remain small bits).

Melt chocolate and butter and mix with the biscuits.



Mixture pushed into the mold for the cake (with removable pages) a diameter of 20 cm.

To prepare the filling - mix cheese with 4 / 5 sugar, sour cream and vanilla until smooth.

In a separate bowl mix eggs until they become foamy and gradually they mix the mixture together with the sieved powder for pudding.


A little more than half of the mixture and pour into a mold (on thickness) while the rest mix in remaining sugar (1 / 5), cocoa and oil. Carefully spread the mixture on a light cream ... .. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees, reduce the oven to 170 and bake for another 25-30 minutes without opening the oven. When done, leave it for half an hour in a warm oven (do not open).

When you remove it from the oven - a thin knife to separate the cake from the sides that would not have shot during cooling. After this cooled to room temperature, then kept overnight in the refrigerator covered with aluminum foil.

Garnish as desired, fondant and whipped cream:)

2 dana - 3 torte :))) - 2 days - 3 cakes :)))

Ovaj tjedan je bio zabavan ali i stresan i sama se sebi čudim kako sam sve uspjela napraviti :) neću duljiti :) Samo ću vam pokazati kakve sam torte radila (nažalost niti jedna nema veze s Uskrsom), recepti neki drugi puta.      
Svima skupa želim SRETAN USKRS, želim vam da ga provedete u krugu obitelji uz puno zdravlja, veselja i sreće!!!

I have a big week behind me, and it was stressful but also amazing and I am wondering how I managed to put everything together :) I won't be long, just to show you the 3 cakes i made ( none of them had Easter a a theme) and the recipes some other time :)

Ova torta je čokoladni cheesecake za rođendan moje jako dobre prijateljice/šefice :))) Tema je bila Minnie Mouse i mislim da je ispala predivno i ženstveno :)))

This cake is a chocolate cheesecake form my very good friend/boss birthday :)) We had Minnie Mouse as a theme and i think it looks wonderful :))








Ova torta je za Floriana ! Njegova mama je poželjela Mickey Mouse kuću i mislim da sam uspjela u tome :) Torta je ogromna i jako teška, inače šarlota sa čokoladnim mousseom!!

This cake is for Florian! His mother wished a Mickey Mouse house cake and i think i did a pretty good job! The cake is very, very big and heavy and it is a chocolate mousse cake :)









Hmmmm, ovo je jedna malo "prosta" torta :) moja sestrična se udaje za tjedan dana i sutra imamo djevojačku večer a sam ju mislila iznenaditi jednom prigodnom torticom da zapamti posljednje dane kao neudana žena :)) Torta je rolada od šljiva :)

Hmmm, this is one naughty cake :))) It is for my cousin's bachelorette party tomorow :) It is a plum roulade :))

The chocolate and plum marmalede affair :) Ljubavna afera čokolade i marmelade od šljiva :)

Je li moguće? Ljubavna afera? Priznajem, kriva sam....ja sam ih spojila, ja sam ih nagovorila na ovaj pothvat i zajedno jendostavno funkcioniraju odlično. Posebno zato jer su spojeni s razlogom, na današnji dan - rođendan moje MAME :)) malo drame na početku ;) Ovo je bila brza torta, ali je rezultat fantazija :) Taman za nekog tko nema vremena cijeli dan provesti u kuhinji, tako je ona gotova za 90 minuta sa pranje posuđa :) hihih ;)

Is it possible? A love affair? Yes, I admit it, it am guilty.... I put them together, but they work so well..... Especially because they were made for a reason - my MOTHER'S birthday :) A bit drama at the beginning ;) This was a quick cake, but the result is a fantasy!! This is a cake for somebody who hasn't got time to spend whole day in the kitchen and that's why you need only 90 minutes to make it (including dish washing) haha :)


Sastojci :

Biskvit :

3 jaja
80 g šećera
korica limuna
1 vanilin šećer
80 g brašna
prstohvat soli
pola žličice praška za pecivo
40 g kakaa
100 g čokolade

Krema :

4 velike žlice marmelade od šljiva
2 žlice soka od limuna

Ukras :

200 ml čokolade
2 žlice kiselog vrhnja
malo ulja

čokoladni ukrasi :)

Home made plum marmalade :)

Priprema :

1. Miksati šećer sa jajima, vanilin šećerom, malo soli  i koricom od limuna dok ne postane bijela smjesa. U to umiješati 100 g rastopljene čokolade i izmiksati. Nakon toga dodati mješavinu brašna, kakaa i praška za pecivo te lagano umiješati da ne izađe zrak. Staviti peći u kalup od 20 cm, na 175 stupnjeva 25 minuta.




2. Kad je pečeno ostaviti malo da se ohladi a za to vrijeme zagrijati marmeladu sa sokom od limuna dok ne postane sirup. Biskvit prerezati na pola i gornju stranu okrenuti i staviti na pladanj za posluživanje. Prelijati sirup preko prve polovice biskvita i pustiti da se dobro upije. Na to staviti drugi dio biskvita i premazati glazurom od čokolade koju ste otopili na pari. Ukrasiti po želji :)

Ingredients:

Cake:

3 eggs 
80 g sugar 
lemon zest 
1 vanilla sugar 
80 g flour 
pinch of salt 
teaspoon baking powder 
40 g cocoa 
100 g chocolate


Cream:

4 tablespoons plum jam 
2 tablespoons lemon juice


Decoration:


200 ml of chocolate 
2 tablespoons sour cream 
little oil
chocolate decorations:)
Preparation:


1. Mix sugar with eggs, vanilla, salt and lemon juice until mixture is white. In the mix add 100 g of melted chocolate and mix. After that, add the flour mixture, cocoa and baking powder and gently mix . Bake it into the mold of 20 cm, at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.

2. When cooked leave to cool a bit and in that time warmed marmalade with lemon juice until it becomes syrup. Cake cut in half and top-side and put on a serving platter. Pour the first half of syrup over the cake and let it soak in well. In the second part to put the cake and spread glaze of melted chocolate that you have melted on a steam bath. Garnish as desired :)

Dok Miljacka protice, ja Cu te voljeti...obale dok dotice, necu te preboljeti - Sarajevo!

 Čaroban grad je Sarajevo :) ovaj vikend je bio predivan, obišli smo veliki dio Bosne i Republike Srpske ali da ne duljim, pošto slike govore tisuću riječi pogledajte sami ;)

Sarajevo, it is a magical town :) this whole weekend was wonderful - we saw a big piece of Bosnia and the republic of Srpska, because pictures say a thousand words follow me :)

In the town floats the river Miljacka, that is one of the many rivers that Bosnia and Herzegovina and it is 38 kilometers long and floats in to river Bosna.

Baščaršija is Sarajevo's old bazaar and the historical and cultural center of the city. You can see may stores that sell gold and silver, all kinds of souvenirs and it is the place where you can eat the best "Ćevapi" in Bosnia and probably in the whole world as you can see here!

Sarajevo is also known by it's great coffee that is prepared in a "fildžan" you can see here that is made from copper and it produces the best black coffee !!

Prekrasan hotel Hollywood u kojem smo odsjeli :)

The beautiful hotel Hollywood**** where we spent the night. We had a great party that night there, an we were impressed how comfy the room were :)) Since i work in a hotel I revieved the whole Hotel very closely :)

Vrelo Bosne is the spring of the river Bosna and it is located near Sarajevo.It is one of the most famous natural beauty of the region. In the war, the park was devasteted but in the year 2000. it was restore by local group of young people lead by an ecological organization.


Plava Voda u Travniku :)

"Plava Voda" in the town called Travnik is a spring of the river Lašva and the creek Hendek. It is a magical place, where a few restaurants are located as is the famous tavern called "Lutvina kahvana" ! Travnik is also the place where Ivo Andrić was born, the Nobel prize winner for Literature in 1961. His native house in Travnik is transformed in a museum!

Jajce - town of stone, light and water, a royal city, a city-museum under the open sky, was built on the banks of the rivers Pliva and Vrbas. Close to the town are Big and Small Pliva lake, between which, the limestone barrier, built mills, which are called Jajce Mlinčić.

The strongest determinant of the city, his trademark, was magnificent - 20 meters high waterfall (the place where the river Pliva limestone rock falls down into the river Vrbas). Waterfall decorates the center of the city, which makes this place unique in the world.

Peanutbutter and chocolate cupcakes :) Kikiriki i čokolada cupcakes :)

Evo mene bolesne da napišem prije puta ovaj post :) kako ste pročitali u postu ispod bila sam jako uzbuđena da radim Devil's food cake sa bloga Cafe Fernando ali nažalost nisam uspjela. Taj dan ništa nije išlo po planu, od produžene prezentacije na faksu do moje nenadane bolesti koja me i danas nakon 2 injekcije još uvijek drži ali nedam se ja!!! Tako da sam na kraju složila samo cupcakese i malo promijenila recept pa vam ga dostavljam sad prije svojeg puta u Sarajevo, evo za par sati krećemo! Jako se veselim, bude puno slikica kad se vratim!!!

Here I am, a bit sick to write this post before my trip! as you read the update in the last post i was very excited about making the Devil's food cake from the blog Cafe Fernando, but unfortunately i didn't made it. That day was a mess - my collage presentation took a long time to make, and i got sick and got two injections and I'm still sick!! So in the end I just made cupcakes, i changed a recipe a bit and writing it down now before i go to Sarajevo for the weekend!  We are very excited (but sick, both of us) and hope everything will go well! I promise many, many pictures when i come back!! 


Sastojci :

Biskvit:

150 g maslaca
150g kakaa (ja sam stavila Milka kakao)
150 ml vruće vode
80 ml mlijeka
210 g brašna
1 žličica sode bikarbine
pola zličice soli
200 g šećera
3 jaja
1 žlica ekstrakta od vanilije 

Krema za ukrašavanje :

400 g čokolade
340 g kikiriki maslaca
400 ml slatkog vrhnja

Ukrašavanje :

Komadići od čokolade
Kikiriki 


Priprema:

Prvo pripremiti kremu za ukrašavanje:

Za to vrijeme zagrijati pećnicu na 175 stupnjeva! Na pari otopiti čokoladu i staviti sastrane 5 minuta da se malo ohladi. Nakon toga umiješati kikiriki maslac u to i dobro sjediniti! Nakon što se to malo ohladilo umiješati slatko vrhnje i i miksati dok ne bude izgledalo kao na slici, ne predugo :)



Nakon toga pripremimo muffine:

Izmiješati vruću vodu sa kakaom dok se otopi te dodati mlijeko te staviti sastrane. Miksati maslac na srednjoj brzini dok ne omekša te mu polako dodavati šećer dok se  šećer ne otopi oko 5 minuta. Nakon toga dodavati jedno po jedno jaje dok se sve ne sjedini. Te dodati ekstrakt vanilije.



Izmiješati brašno, sol i sodu te naizmjence sa kakaom dodavati maslacu i miksati na srednjoj temperaturi. Puniti košarice do pola i staviti malu žličicu kreme za ukrašavanje i na to još malo smjese za muffine. Peći oko 25 minuta! Od ove smjese ispadne oko 15 cupcakesa :)

Kad se ohlade ukrasiti kremom i posuti kikirikijem i komadićima čokolade! :) I to je To :)



Ingredients:
 
Cake:
150 g butter 
150g cocoa powder (I put cocoa Milka)
150 ml hot water
80 ml ​​milk
210 g flour
1 teaspoon baking bikarbine
teaspoon salt
200 g sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream for decoration:
400 g chocolate
340 g peanut butter
400 ml cream
Decoration:
 Pieces of chocolate 
Peanuts



Preparation:


First, prepare the cream to decorate:

During this time, heat oven to 175 degrees! Steamed melt chocolate and put the side for 5 minutes to cool slightly. After that, mix peanut butter in it and combine well! After a bit chilled blend in cream and mix until it looked like the picture, not too long :)

After that, prepare muffins:

Mix cocoa with hot water until melted and add the milk and put the side. Mix the butter on medium speed until soft and he is slowly adding sugar until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. After that, add the eggs until everything is combined. And add the vanilla extract.

Mix flour, salt and soda and add alternately with cocoa butter and mix at medium temperature. Fill basket half and put a small teaspoon cream for decoration and to some more mixes for muffins. Bake for about 25 minutes! From this mixture you get about 15 cupcakes :)

When cold, decorate with cream and sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips! :) That's it:)
